Blue clay softens and revitalizes the skin, cleanses it, removes acne, smooths wrinkles, stimulates metabolism and blood circulation, reduces cellulite, helps strengthen hair, eliminates increased sweating, eliminates fatigue after exercise. The quartz crystals it contains gently cleanse the skin, making it soft, smooth, and as soft as silk.
Preparation: Pour the desired amount of clay powder into a ceramic or glass container, add a little warm water and mix with a wooden spatula or fingers until the mass is homogeneous.
How to use: 1) When used as a face mask, apply clay (see preparation description ) (if the skin is dry you can add unrefined oil), apply to the skin, you can gently massage it in, after 5 minutes wash it off with warm water. The recommended use is 2-3 times a week. 2) When used as a hair mask, the egg yolk can be added to the prepared clay (see preparation description), covered and left on for 15-20 minutes, then rinsed well with warm water, you can also use shampoo. Recommended use is 2-3 times a week. 3) When used as a face and neck cleanser, moisturize the skin, apply the prepared clay paste (see description of the preparation), gently massage it in circular motions, and wash off warm water. 4) When using a compress, for problematic body skin, or cellulite, apply a thicker layer of prepared clay (see preparation description), apply polyethylene film, cover with a woolen cloth, after 30-60 minutes wash it off with warm water. 5) For baths, pour the entire contents of the packet into water and mix well.
